RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th May, 2026) The district administration Rawalpindi has directed all individuals and organizations interested in collecting sacrificial animal hides during Eid ul Azha to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Deputy Commissioner’s Office Rawalpindi.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>According to an official statement, applications for the NOC must be submitted to the Deputy Commissioner’s Office by May 17, 2026.
Authorities clarified that no applications will be entertained after the deadline.
The administration further stated that collecting sacrificial hides without a valid NOC will be considered illegal, and no individual or organization will be allowed to carry out hide collection activities without prior approval from the district authorities.
