ORLANDO:
Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal on Sunday urged overseas Pakistanis, particularly healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs and investors, to become active partners in the country's sustainable development, healthcare modernization and economic transformation. He said their expertise, investment and global experience were vital to advancing the government's URAAN Pakistan initiative. Addressing the 49th annual convention of the APPNA in Orlando during his visit to the US, the minister said Pakistan's future depended on investing in human capital through education, healthcare and population management.
