Afghans residing illegally arrested at Kohat

KOHAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Apr, 2026) Launching a crackdown, Kohat Police here on Saturday arrested several Afghans who were residing illegally in various areas of the city.

According to City Police Station, the operation was carried following government directives to arrest foreigners that are without any legal documents and are living illegally.

The police officials have told that entire operation was conducted in accordance with the law and abiding by the norms of human dignity. Afghan nationals have bee urged to comply with the government instructions regarding their stay.
