ADC reviews RHC Dasu services, orders strict action over staff absenteeism

KOHISTAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Jun, 2026) Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance & Planning) Muhammad Azhar Khan conducted a monthly inspection of the Rural Health Center (RHC) Dasu to review healthcare facilities, staff performance, and patient services.

During the visit, the ADC met doctors and paramedical staff and checked attendance records. One medical technician and one class-IV employee were found absent for the past 30 days, while the remaining staff were present and performing their duties satisfactorily. The matter would be formally taken up with the District Health Officer (DHO) Dasu for further action.

The ADC inspected various wards of the facility, interacted with patients, and reviewed the availability of medicines along with official records.

He also visited the dental ward and laboratory, where modern diagnostic equipment provided by the Government of Pakistan in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) and United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) was found fully functional for specialized tests.

He directed hospital administration to further improve healthcare delivery, ensure staff attendance, and maintain high standards of patient care without negligence.

The visit aimed to ensure effective monitoring, improved service delivery, and accountability within the RHC Dasu healthcare system.
