ADC reviews healthcare, cleanliness arrangements at THQ Hospital Gujar Khan

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jun, 2026) Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) (Headquarters) Rawalpindi Abdul Rehman Khan, on Monday visited Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital Gujar Khan to review healthcare services, cleanliness arrangements and administrative performance.

During the visit, the ADC conducted a detailed inspection of deep-cleaning operations, staff attendance, departmental performance and medical facilities being provided to patients.

He visited various wards and departments of the hospital and reviewed the availability of medicines, the operational status of medical equipment and the overall quality of patient care.

Khan also met patients and their attendants to inquire about treatment facilities, the availability of medicines and the conduct of hospital staff.

Patients expressed satisfaction with the services being provided at the hospital.

Speaking on the occasion, the ADC said that the provision of quality and timely healthcare services to the public remained a top priority of the Punjab government.

He directed the hospital administration to maintain high standards of cleanliness, ensure an uninterrupted supply of medicines and adopt a courteous and professional attitude towards patients.

The ADC said the district administration was continuously monitoring public welfare institutions across Rawalpindi district to ensure the provision of the best possible facilities to citizens.
