ADC reviews attendance, facilities at two government schools in Abbottabad

ABBOTTABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Mar, 2026) Under the provincial government’s Good Governance Roadmap and District Service Delivery (DSD) programme, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance and Planning) Azki Fatima visited Government Girls High school No. 2 and Government Centennial Model High School No. 2, Abbottabad on the directives of Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad Sarmad Saleem Akram.

During the visit, teachers' and students' attendance was reviewed in accordance with DSD indicators.

The ADC also asked students questions related to their syllabus to assess the quality of teaching and learning in the schools.

She further inspected the availability of furniture and other basic facilities in the institutions and issued necessary instructions to the concerned authorities to address the issues being faced by the schools.

The district administration stated that such visits will continue to ensure improvement in the performance of educational institutions and the provision of better facilities for students.
