AC sets up model camp in tehsil Sillanwali

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd May, 2026) On the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Hussain Ahmed Raza Chaudhry, Assistant Commissioner Sillanwali Chaudhry Akmal inaugurated a model camp at Zia Shaheed Road, Sillanwali.

Locals, scholars and social figures attended the event. The AC said that special steps are being taken on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha to ensure cleanliness, proper disposal of waste and keep the environment clean. Biodegradable bags were also distributed among the citizens in the model camp, while the process of providing bags by going door to door is also underway so that the sanitation system after the sacrifice can be made more effective.

Assistant Commissioner Sillanwali further said that the district administration is active in providing a clean, healthy and germ-free environment to the people and the citizens have also been appealed for their cooperation so that the best cleaning arrangements can be ensured during Eid-ul-Azha.
