AC conducts surprise visit to service delivery center

Dera Ismail Khan, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Feb, 2026) Assistant Commissioner Paharpur, Dr. Hamid, paid a surprise visit to the Service Delivery Center Paharpur to review administrative affairs and assess the quality of public services being provided to citizens.

During the visit, the Assistant Commissioner interacted with visitors present at the facility and inquired about their issues and the standard of services being offered. He directed the staff to ensure prompt facilitation of the public and resolve complaints on a priority basis.

Dr. Hamid also carried out a detailed review of the performance of the center’s employees.

Expressing concern over instances of weak and unsatisfactory performance, he issued directives for strict action against officials found negligent in their duties.

He emphasized the need for improving overall efficiency and instructed the staff to enhance service delivery standards to ensure transparency, accountability and public satisfaction.

The Assistant Commissioner reiterated that no compromise would be made on the quality of public service and warned that disciplinary action would be taken against those failing to perform their responsibilities effectively.
