7 percent increased salaries & pensions of Balochistan’s employees in Financial year-2026-27

QUETTA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Jun, 2026) Balochistan Government increased 7 percent salaries and pensions of provincial employees on the Federal model, despite the difficult financial situation.

While addressing at the Annual Budget 2026-27 session, Finance Minister Shoaib Nosherwani said that the provincial government is going to make a comprehensive plan to create new employment opportunities for the youth in every district of Balochistan (Comprehensive District Livelihood Plan), which would provide new employment opportunities to the youth of the province and through these plans, the problems and obstacles existing in each district to be covered technically and the development of each district could be ensured through socio-economic measures.
