7 PERA Enforcement Stations being set up in division

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Feb, 2026) The Divisional Working Committee has approved the establishment of PERA Enforcement Stations in seven tehsils of Sargodha Division, which will cost about Rs. 80 million.

The approval was given in a meeting of the working party chaired by Commissioner Sargodha Division Hafiz Shaukat Ali. The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioners of all four districts, Director Development, SE Highways and officers of other concerned departments. The meeting was informed that in phase two, Para Enforcement Stations will be established in Kot Momin, Sillanwali, Noorpur Thal, Isa Khel, Pipalan, Bhakkar and Darya Khan tehsils.

The meeting was informed that in the first phase, the construction of stations is underway in 11 tehsils.

The Commissioner directed that the construction of new stations should be completed within the stipulated time and no compromise should be made on quality so that better facilities can be provided to the public.
