57-kanal encroached land retrieved

GUJRAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd May, 2026) Assistant Commissioner Gujrat Abdul Qadeer Zarkoon conducted a major anti-encroachment operation in Mouza Kalra, got vacating 57 kanals and 4 marlas of land, which had been under illegal occupation for more than eight years.

According to official sources, the assistant commissioner carried out the operation in the presence of revenue field staff and police personnel. The recovered land was later handed over to the lawful owner after completion of legal procedure.
