415 police officials complete Lower Course at PTC Hangu

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th Jun, 2026) A total of 415 police officials successfully completed the Lower Course at the Police Training College (PTC) Hangu and participated in an impressive passing-out parade held on Tuesday.

Additional Inspector General of Police (Training) Nisar Ahmad Khan attended the ceremony as the chief guest and reviewed the parade. Senior police officers, instructors, and family members of the graduating officials were also present on the occasion.

Addressing the participants, the Additional IG Training congratulated the successful graduates and urged them to perform their professional duties with dedication, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility. He said the police force serves as the guarantor of peace, rule of law, and public safety, adding that officers must uphold the highest standards of honesty, impartiality, and professionalism while serving the public.

He emphasized that modern policing demands commitment, discipline, and respect for human rights, and expressed confidence that the newly trained officials would utilize the knowledge and skills acquired during training to effectively tackle emerging challenges.

The chief guest also appreciated the efforts of the instructors and management of Police Training College Hangu for maintaining high standards of professional training and capacity building.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, certificates were awarded to the successful participants, while outstanding trainees received special commendation for their performance during the course.

The passing-out parade concluded with a renewed pledge by the graduates to serve the nation and ensure the safety and security of citizens.
