3-member gang busted, stolen motorcycle recovered

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Feb, 2026) The New Town Police on Friday arrested a three-member gang involved in robbery and bike theft incidents and recovered a stolen motorcycle, Rs27,000 in cash and weapons.

According to a spokesman for the Rawalpindi Police, the suspects were taken into custody during an operation in the New Town area.

Superintendent of Police Rawal Saad Arshad said the detained suspects would be challaned in court with solid evidence. He added that those depriving citizens of their valuable assets could not escape the clutches of the law.
