A 20-year-old man died after allegedly shooting himself near Shakardara Mor in Attock, according to rescue officials

ATTOCK, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Mar, 2026) A 20-year-old man died after allegedly shooting himself near Shakardara Mor in Attock, according to rescue officials.

The victim, identified as Rizwan, reportedly used a firearm to take his own life, officials said. Emergency responders from Rescue 1122 rushed to the scene after receiving information about the incident.

Rescue personnel said the young man had already succumbed to his injuries when they arrived. After completing initial procedures at the site, the body was transported to the District Headquarters Hospital Attock for legal and medical formalities.

Police said they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident to determine the factors that may have led to the apparent suicide.
