2-member gang involved in robbery, motorcycle theft nabbed

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Apr, 2026) Police have arrested a two-member gang allegedly involved in robbery and motorcycle theft and recovered five stolen motorcycles, Rs65,000 in cash from their possession here on Sunday.

Police have also recovered weapon used in the crimes.

According to a police spokesman, the Race Course Police conducted a raid and apprehended the suspects linked to multiple incidents of robbery and motorcycle theft.

Superintendent of Police (SP) Potohar Sardar Babar Mumtaz Khan appreciated the performance of police team and professionalism and said the detained suspects would be challaned in court with solid evidence, adding that those depriving citizens of their valuable assets could not evade the law, he added.
