117,896 Nigehban Ramadan cards distributed

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Feb, 2026) The district administrations of Sargodha Division have distributed 117,896 Nigehban Ramadan cards among deserving families by the 7th of Ramadan to ensure transparent provision of relief,according to a press release issued by the commissioner’s office on Friday.

The statement said a total of 199,414 beneficiaries were identified across the division.Of these,135,164 cards were received from the provincial government and 87 percent of them have been distributed.

In Sargodha district, 49,991 cards were distributed out of which 55,303 received,marking a 90 percent completion rate.

Khushab district distributed 15,621 cards out of which 19,523 received.

Similarly,Mianwali district distributed 22,273 cards out of which 27,251 received,while Bhakkar district achieved a 91 percent distribution rate by providing 30,011 cards to identified families.

Commissioner Hafiz Shaukat Ali said 25 centers had been set up across the division to facilitate the public and ensure an organized and transparent distribution process.
