Three injured as van overturns

MULTAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th Jun, 2026) Three people were injured after a passenger van overturned near Gardezi Mor on

Bahawalpur Road on Saturday.

Rescue 1122 received an emergency call reporting a road traffic accident and immediately dispatched ambulances, rescue vehicles and a fire unit to the scene.

According to rescuers, the van was travelling from Multan to Bahawalpur when the driver lost control while attempting to avoid an oncoming car. The vehicle overturned, leaving three passengers injured. Around 10 to 12 passengers were on board at the time of the accident.

The Rescue 1122 provided first aid to the injured. Two victims were shifted to DHQ Hospital for further treatment, while one injured was treated at the scene.
