SUJ holds condolence meeting:

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th Jun, 2026) A condolence meeting of Sargodha Union of Journalists was held under the chairmanship of President Umar Farooq Gondal here on Monday.

The meeting expressed grief over the death of wife of prominent psychiatrist Lt Col (retd) Professor Dr Ali Zulkarnain.

'Dua' was also offered for rest to the departed souls and patience to the bereaved families.

Senior Vice President SUJ Chaudhry Athar Nadeem, General Secretary Rana Muhammad Ashraf, Information Secretary Azhar Hussain, FEC Member Manzoor Mumtaz Ansari, and Senior Reporter Rana Muhammad Waqas attended the meeting.

In a joint statement, they expressed their heartfelt condolences to Dr Ali Zulkarnain over the loss.

The SUJ leadership said the union stands in solidarity with Dr Zulkarnain and his family during this difficult time. They prayed for the departed soul's eternal peace and for the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with patience and fortitude.
