RPO Rawalpindi holds open court at Cantt Police Station to address public complaints

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th Jun, 2026) Regional Police Officer (RPO) Rawalpindi Region, Babar Sarfraz Alpa, held an open court (Khuli Katcheri) at Cantt Police Station to address public grievances here on Monday.

RPO directly listened to public complaints and issued immediate instructions to the concerned officers for prompt resolution.

Speaking on the occasion, the RPO said that open courts serve as an effective platform for strengthening communication and trust between the police and the public.

He emphasized that ensuring direct engagement with citizens remains a key priority of the police department.

Following the open court, RPO Babar Sarfraz Alpa conducted a detailed inspection of the SDPO Office Cantt and Cantt Police Station.

During the visit, he reviewed the performance of the front desk, the record office, ongoing investigations, and various administrative affairs.

The RPO directed officers to ensure that all under-investigation cases are concluded strictly on merit and in accordance with the law.

He reiterated that every possible measure is being taken to maintain direct contact with the public and address their concerns effectively.

He further stated that the provision of prompt justice and quality policing services to citizens remains among the top priorities of Rawalpindi Police.
