President expresses grief over martyrdom of 6 FC personnel in Hassan Khel

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Jun, 2026) President Asif Ali Zardari, Tuesday, expressed deep sorrow and grief over the martyrdom of six personnel of the Federal Constabulary who embraced martyrdom while fighting with valour against Fitna al-Khwarij terrorists in Hassan Khel area of Peshawar.

The president paid tribute to the martyrs, President Secretariat Media Wing said in a press release.

“Those who lay down their lives for the peace of the motherland are the heroes of the nation,” the press release quoted the president as saying.

He emphasized that the sacrifices given by the security forces further strengthen the national resolve to eliminate terrorism from the country.

The president prayed for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs in Jannah and for the grant of patience and fortitude for their bereaved families.
