Minor killed, two injured in trucks collision

FAISALABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th Jun, 2026) A minor boy was killed while two people sustained multiple injuries in a collision

between two trucks in the area of Chak Jhumra police station.

Rescue-1122 spokesman said here on Monday that two rashly driven trucks

collided with each other near Chak No.103-JB Barna on Chak Jhumra-Chiniot Road.

As a result, 10-year-old Masroor Ahmad, resident of Chiniot received serious injuries

and died on the spot while two other sustained multiple injuries.

The injured identified as Masroor’s father Sagheer Ahmad (50) and 17-year-old

Abdullah Safdar, resident of Bhalwal were rescued by Rescuers after cutting truck

cabins.

Abdullah was shifted to Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital Chak Jhumra while

Sagheer Ahmad was provided first aid on the spot.

The area police took the body into custody.

Further investigation was underway.
