KPRA team inspects 21 hotels, restaurants in Naran

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th Jun, 2026) A team of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) North Region in Naran inspected 21 hotels and restaurants to review their tax compliance and examine business records.

Various deficiencies were identified in the records, and on-the-spot directions were issued for their rectification.

Production of record notices and notices for non-issuance of proper invoices were also served to establishments found violating the relevant provisions of the law.

The team directed all hotels and restaurants to deposit Sales Tax on Services (STS) strictly in accordance with their actual sales and warned that legal action would be initiated against violators under the relevant laws.
