The visits focused on improving citizen facilitation, monitoring official procedures, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Acting on the deputy commissioner’s instructions, Additional Assistant Commissioner (Revenue) Kohat, Ibrahim Khan, visited the Service Delivery Centre Kohat, where he reviewed the functioning of various counters and interacted directly with visitors to assess the quality of services being provided. He inspected matters relating to fards, mutations, registries, and other revenue-related processes, emphasizing the need for timely disposal of applications and efficient handling of official business.

In a separate inspection, Additional Assistant Commissioner Gumbat, Syed Mukhtiar Shah, visited Billi Tang Bazaar to review market conditions and monitor implementation of official directives. He inspected vegetable and fruit vendors, tandoors, hotels, and other commercial establishments, examining price lists, sanitation arrangements, and overall market management to ensure compliance with government standards.

During the operation, temporary encroachments were removed, while shopkeepers were directed to maintain cleanliness and strictly follow officially notified prices.
