Hajj 2027 registration to begin this month

Registration for Hajj 2027 will start later this month.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has decided to immediately initiate preparations for Hajj 2027 in accordance with Saudi directives, hinting at launching the mandatory registration process within the ongoing month.

According to the ministry’s spokesperson, All prospective pilgrims must possess a valid Pakistani passport to complete the registration process. Passports must remain valid until at least November 16, 2027, and advised citizens planning to perform Hajj to obtain or renew their passports as soon as possible.

Registered applicants will have the option to participate in either the government-sponsored Hajj scheme or the private Hajj scheme. The ministry also clarified that registration will be mandatory for overseas Pakistanis intending to perform Hajj in 2027.

Details regarding Hajj package costs, terms, and conditions will be announced later in accordance with the upcoming Hajj policy. Officials urged all interested pilgrims to complete the registration process on time to avoid any inconvenience in the future.
