DC inspects government offices to review service delivery

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th Jun, 2026) Deputy Commissioner (DC) Hangu, Baseer Ali Rahman on Tuesday conducted inspections of several government offices under District Service Delivery Road Map-II Program and directed the officials to improve public service delivery, transparency and administrative efficiency.

During visits, the Deputy Commissioner inspected the District Service Delivery Centre, Tehsil Office Hangu, District Secretariat and other allied departments. He reviewed staff attendance, cleanliness, record management and facilities available to citizens seeking government services.

The DC also interacted with the members of the public present at the offices to gather feedback on service delivery and identify difficulties faced in obtaining official documents.

He urged the officers and staff to perform their duties with a strong sense of public service saying improved governance can only be achieved through efficient and citizen-focused administration.
