Battagram to host Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s largest Youth Summit on June 15

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th Jun, 2026) Battagram is set to make history on June 15, 2026, as it hosts the 8th Edition of the Metrix Pakistan Youth Summit at Hazara University Battagram Campus.

Organizers say the event will be the largest youth summit in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, bringing together young people, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, policymakers, and professionals from across the province.

For the first time, Battagram will witness a youth-focused event of this scale, creating new opportunities for local youth to learn, connect, and explore pathways for personal and professional growth.

The summit will feature keynote addresses, interactive workshops, panel discussions, networking sessions, and training opportunities aimed at equipping young people with the skills needed to succeed in today’s rapidly changing world.

A major highlight of the summit will be the Pride of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Awards, where six outstanding individuals from Battagram will be recognized for their contributions in various fields.

The awards aim to celebrate excellence and inspire others through stories of achievement and service.

The summit is a joint initiative of the District Youth Office Battagram and Metrix Pakistan, in collaboration with C Suite Nexus Global, Thrive Pakistan, RankingGrow, the Deputy Commissioner Battagram Office, and other partner organizations.

The event is being held under the patronage of Taj Muhammad Khan Tarand, Honourable Minister for sports and Youth Affairs, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while the Youth Affairs Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is also supporting the summit.

Speaking about the event, Alamzeb Khan, District Youth Officer Battagram, said that the youth of Battagram possess immense talent and potential and deserve platforms that can help them showcase their abilities.

“This summit will provide our young people with an opportunity to learn from successful professionals, build valuable connections, and gain exposure to new ideas and opportunities. We believe it will have a lasting positive impact on the youth of Battagram,” he said.

Hassan Nisar, Founder and CEO of Metrix Pakistan, said that young people are Pakistan’s greatest asset and investing in their growth is essential for the country’s future.

“Through the Metrix Pakistan Youth Summit, we aim to connect youth with knowledge, opportunities, technology, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Our goal is to ensure that talented young people, especially those from underserved areas, have access to the same opportunities available elsewhere,” he said.

He added that the previous seven editions of the summit were successfully organized in different districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the 8th Edition in Battagram marks another important milestone in the organization’s mission to empower youth across the province.

According to the organizers, the summit will serve as a platform for learning, networking, innovation, and inspiration, while also highlighting Battagram as an emerging center for youth development and positive change.

The Metrix Pakistan Youth Summit 2026 is expected to attract participants from across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, making it one of the most significant youth-focused events in the province this year.
