Another sub-lease holder of the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's apartment in Constitution One Avenue, has also approached the Islamabad High Court seeking protection of his rights
ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th Jun, 2026) Another sub-lease holder of the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's apartment in Constitution One Avenue, has also approached the Islamabad High Court seeking protection of his rights.
Shahid Naseer has obtained the sub-lease of the PTI founder's apartment in Tower C of the project. He along with Zainab Ahsan, daughter of Aitzaz Ahsan, has filed miscellaneous applications seeking to become parties in the intra-court appeals.
The applications state that five sub-lease holders of Constitution One Avenue should be made appellants in the intra-court appeals. The apartment sub-lease holders have filed intra-court appeals in this court for the protection of their rights, and they have legally obtained the apartments in Constitution One Avenue.

The Islamabad High Court has fixed the miscellaneous applications of Shahid Naseer and others for hearing. A division bench comprising Justice Muhammad Azam Khan and Justice Inam Ameen Minhas will hear the case.
The court has already granted a stay to the appellants in the intra-court appeals under third-party rights and has restrained authorities from evicting the sub-lease holder apartment owners.
The CDA had cancelled the lease of BNP for the construction of Constitution One Avenue.
